Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 ½ kilograms topside steak
- Rosemary to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the onion, garlic, cardamom powder, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth. In a large bowl, coat the topside steak with the blended mixture. Cover and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor.
Place the marinated steak in a pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes. This will help tenderize the meat. Preheat your oven to medium heat. Wrap the cooked steak in aluminum foil and place it on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once baked, remove the steak from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it to your desired thickness. Serve with your favorite sides.
